KF-MADOR is an Israeli training organization connecting security instruction, education, and instructor development.
Our work brings together military instructional experience, school and community programs, professional training, and international cooperation. We develop programs around the people being trained, their responsibilities, and the environments in which they operate.
Our permanent Israeli base, Israel Sanshou Academy in Kibbutz Ma’anit, supports ongoing training, educational projects, and the development of instructors working in Israel and abroad.

From focused workshops to instructor development programs, IKF-MADOR adapts its training to the audience, professional objectives, and operating environment.
Instructor Development
Prepare instructors to teach with clarity and consistency. Training covers teaching methodology, lesson planning, technical development, group management, safe practice, and practical assessment.
Security and Protection Training
Role-specific training for security personnel and professional teams, including personal protection, third-party protection, intervention, and scenario-based preparation.
Conflict Management and De-escalation
Help staff recognize conflict, communicate effectively, establish boundaries, and respond appropriately under pressure. Programs combine practical scenarios with personal safety and team response.
Community Security and Preparedness
